Feelko — Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Feelko app (“Feelko”). Feelko is provided by Alexandra Blednova (OSVČ), IČO 07531320, Czech Republic (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using Feelko, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Feelko.

2. What Feelko is

Feelko is a personal health journal. It helps you record and organize your own health information — symptoms, doctor visits, lab tests, procedures, vaccines, medications, notes, and attachments — so you can keep track of it and share it with your doctor if you choose.

3. Important medical disclaimer

Please read this carefully:

• Feelko is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
• Feelko does not provide medical advice. Anything you record or view in Feelko is for your own personal reference only.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any question about your health, symptoms, medications, or treatment. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you saw or recorded in Feelko.
• In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
• Feelko is provided “as is”, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

4. Your account and your data

• You sign in with Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your device and Apple ID secure.
• The entries you create are yours. You can export them to a CSV file, or delete them and your account, at any time in the app.
• How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Feelko on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services / App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Feelko, not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive its source code, and not to use it in violation of applicable law. Feelko is for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Intellectual property

Feelko, including its name, design, and content (excluding the data you enter), is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feelko is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on information you record in Feelko. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including your mandatory rights under Czech and EU consumer-protection law.

9. Apple App Store terms

Because Feelko is distributed through the Apple App Store, the following apply:

• These Terms are concluded between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for Feelko or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for Feelko.
• Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, for addressing any claims relating to Feelko (including product-liability, legal-compliance, or consumer-protection claims), or for any third-party claim that Feelko infringes intellectual-property rights.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not listed on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list.

10. Termination

You may stop using Feelko at any time and delete the app. These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use Feelko.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and applicable EU law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
